Goodbye

Well everyone, I’m off. It’s my last day at AME Marketing today, my desk is all but cleared and I’m just finishing up my last bit of work before home time. So, as I enter a new year I’ll also be entering a new place of work with fresh challenges and new faces.

I’ll miss writing for the blog and I’ll miss everyone here, it’s been a great two years I’ve spent with the company and I hope it continues to go from strength-to-strength after my departure (the blog too of course).

So I’ll leave you all with a little something that I’ve nicked from brand dna. Although I haven’t seen it in the flesh yet, or should I say concrete, I’ve been amazed by Doris Salcedo’s ‘crack’ at the Tate Modern. It’s one of those pieces that really makes you step back and think ‘how the heck did they do that?’

It obviously caught the eye of the people at Polycell also, as some clever folks over there spotted an opportunity to promote the brand alongside the structure... Very nice. Something tells me it might take longer than ‘just two ticks’ mind you!
